We meet once a month on a Saturday and the meetings run from 8:30am–11am. Immediately afterwords we open the Halton REI Street Smart Tour where anyone is welcome to carpool (or follow in their own vehicle) to hit the streets as we turn theory into practise and examine some real brick and mortar income properties. We’ll show you how to analyze a property like a pro in order to maximize your investment returns!!

What makes our networking group different from others is we have been meeting monthly since 2013. There’s always familiar faces, and yet, new ones are always welcome too! Several of our regular attendees are investors with over a decade of experience who own 10+ properties.  Many casual meet-ups do not have the staying power and are attended by novices with limited experience to share.
